Elizabeth Jane Hurley has been an actress and model in the United Kingdom since the early 1980s. In the year 1990 it was reported that she could have been Hugh Grant's girlfriend. Hurley became the focus of the media during 1994, when Grant received worldwide recognition for the success of Four Weddings and a Funeral. Hurley accompanied Grant at the Los Angeles premiere of the film wearing the Versace Dress that had a plunge, and was held with gold safetypins. The relationship she has had in the company of Estee Lauder has been the highlight of Hurley's career. The company gave Hurley her modeling opportunity when she was just 29 and has employed her as a model for its products especially perfumes like Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures from 1995. Her most well-known work is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the famous spy film International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley has been modeling and designing a beachwear collection named after her. I Kissed a Girl became a worldwide number-one hit due to its combination of excitement and an elegant melody. It also helped her sell a number of albums, including The One of the Boys. Hot N Cold is a very popular track that is a second. Perry also wrote a large portion of the lyrics on the album.
