Francia Raisa

As a junior in high school time, Raisa started acting. Modeled for ads in the print media and was a part of commercials. The actress was featured in American Family Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. Raisa made an appearance in Lil' Romeo's music video "My Girlfriend" in the role of Tamy in 2004 and in the music video for Iyaz's "So Large". She booked her first leading performance a few months after she started her final year of high school. The film Bring It On, All or Nothing, Raisa starred opposite Hayden Pannettiere. Co-starring in the Nickelodeon movie Shredderman Rules, where she was portrayed by Isabel the character of Isabel, as well as The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream as well as The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice as Alexandra Delgado. Between July 2008 and when the series ended ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager which ended in June of 2013, she was the lead character Adrian Lee. In 2009, Raisa appeared as Boo for the short movie Boo produced by David Henrie in addition to guest-starring on USA Network TV's In Plain Sight. The year 2013 saw Raisa played a role in the christmas-themed film Christmas Bounty alongside Mike "The Miz" Mizanin. Raisa was in August of 2012. Between the years of 2018 and 2022, Raisa was a part of the show Grownish on Freeform which was a series produced by the creator of Blackish Kenya Barris. The season's initial four seasons before ending her role after the character's departure in the fourth season. She appeared in the year 2018 when she was alongside Tyra in the Freeform television movie Life-Size 2. Raisa was added to the cast of How I Met Your Mother spinoff How I Met Your Father in the month of May 2021. The show first aired on Hulu on January 18, 2022.
